The bill (Reg. No. 10584) amends the Law “On the Capital of Ukraine – Hero-City Kyiv” renewing the right of the territorial community of the Kyiv city to administer local self-government through city district councils and their executive bodies, as well as determining the sphere of competence of the Kyiv City and city district councils and their executive bodies.

 

By results of consideration, the Committee concluded that the provisions of the bill conform to the norms of the Constitution of Ukraine.
